There are several different defined types of feminism each with its own ideology. In other words, whether or not feminists speak through the ideologies of liberal, socialist, radical or any of the other feminist perspectives, the important factor is that women may be allowed to speak on their own behalf and have equal representation in society; the differences in the ideologies however lay in how this equality can be accomplished.
