The Manufactured Home Industry

Fighting to overcome a dubious image, the contemporary modular housing concept of today is one of beauty, stability, and affordability. While this industry has literally remade itself from the ground up, it still carries with it a social stigma of the days gone by. That of the old time trailer parks, and the type of people who inhabit them. This paper will serve to focus on the facts of the industry today and enlighten the reader as to what it means to own a modular home in these times. No longer the eyesore of yesteryear, the modular homes have improved light years over their historic original counterparts; but the public image is having trouble keeping up.
