Even within the narrow boundaries of print art, the painter is able to transform his two-dimensional art into a three-dimensional creation with nothing more than a stroke of a brush. How is this possible? The writer discusses that for the painter this transformation requires only light; for the sculptor, the requirements are much more sophisticated. No bibliography.
